Safety & Loss Prevention
Strict application of safety certainly decreases the number and severity of accidents. It prevents loss of valuable human lives in addition to time and money which benefits all stakeholders involved in a construction project. Shahrukh Engineers & Contractors (Pvt) Ltd has since long embarked on a comprehensive Safety Program for all its operations comprising induction of safety engineers, development of safety manuals and plans, maintenance of safety records and training of staff.
Management Information systems
From the early days of its induction, It Systems are being used by Shahrukh Engineers & Contractors (Pvt) Ltd not only in Engineering and Construction Management but also in Finance, Store, Procurement, Estimation and Business Development. All project sites and office are connected online with dissemination of information related to project monitoring, accounts, administration etc. All information is linked to a central data base used for corporate decision making.
